 Here at Perfect Form Coaching, you can chose your level of support to start your journey.

Here's a brief overview of your options:

​

  • Personal Training - Face to face or video linked training sessions with your coach. You will be guided through an individualised training session that works towards your goals. You will receive guidance and cues to achieve perfect form and, in turn, optimise your results.

​

  • Programming - Utilising an online platform, you will receive a customised program based on your individual needs and targets, training frequency and time allowance. The platform included instruction video clips to assist you with your movements and keeps a record of your training volumes. This is ideal for those who need to work to their own schedule rather than around the coaches schedule.

​

  • Personal Training & Programming - This is where you combine the two, particularly beneficial for those who are only able to utilise personal training once or twice a week and still want to train with 4+ days. You get the best of both!

​

  • Online Coaching - With this option you have access to your coach 24/7, anywhere in the world! Online coaching provides full flexibility with ultimate support and guidance from your coach. Your program is delivered via an online platform and can be discussed 24/7 with your coach via WhatsApp. You will check in with your coach on a weekly basis to monitor weight changes and measurements as well as any adjustments needed to your program.

Sara 

My name is Sara and I am the coach behind Perfect Form Coaching. I’m a mum of 3 children, a FiFo wife and a chronic illness sufferer…or at least I was. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in my 20’s and was told that I had to accept my diagnosis and symptoms. As someone who had always lead an active lifestyle, I was determined that was not going to happen! I slowly cleaned up my diet and pushed through the pain and fatigue to move my body. I started out small, several years ago now, and last year hit my own personal goal of deadlifting 100kgs, which is in excess of 1.5 times my body weight!

 

In my personal life, I love an adventure! I live for opportunities to travel whether it be a road trip, city break, island hopping or whatever! I like to walk…a lot! We’ll talk heaps about walking during your training but, aside from the step count aspect, I do love a good hike or coastal walk. I also enjoy good food and good company. I will literally talk to anyone! 

 

As far as training goes, I have ALL of the excuses not to! I’m on my own with 3 children while my husband is away at work. My family are all overseas. I have a chronic illness. I’ve had surgeries, battle old injuries. I’m time poor with juggling life and running a business…you name it, I’ve got the excuses! BUT I’ve also overcome those excuses and found a way to work around them and you can too!

 

I’m very open and honest, we’ll get to know each other very fast and, given that I get along with almost everyone, we’re going to make a great team!

 

My aim is to be your wing-woman in achieving whatever it is you have your heart set on. Together, we’ve got this, so let’s get started!

The Vision

As your coach, my aim is always to assist you to reach your goals. Together we will establish achievable milestones along the way and I will guide you as you work towards meeting them and progress towards achieving your ultimate target.

 

I specialise in strength training and will help you to establish good lifestyle habits to set you up on the right path for life. As the name suggests, the focus of training with me is on achieving perfect form. Having perfect form refers to having a good exercise technique which will target the specific muscles that we’re wanting to work in that particular exercise so that you see the best results. Utilising good technique during exercise will minimise the risk of sustaining injuries while training so we will be focusing on getting your form perfected to keep you working towards your goals without setbacks from injuries.

 

I have a broad range of experience from working through injuries, post-surgery, post-partum, mental health, fat-loss, weight gain, muscle development, general well-being, healthy lifestyle establishment and developing a healthy mindset. As your coach, you will benefit from my knowledge and experience to overcome any hurdles that you may be facing without having to undergo the trial and error process.

 

I want to help you to learn a broad variety of exercises that you can utilise to achieve the goals you have now and the ones that you set in the future. After training with me, you will be confident to walk into any gym, anywhere in the world and complete your training. You’ll know how to use the equipment, you’ll know how to do the exercise with good technique and you’ll know how to get results. 

 

Most clients will start out with personal training and then transition to online coaching as they gain knowledge and confidence. My aim is to enable that and to see you flourish independently.
